More graffic novels

Graffic novels for kids who like it scary!

Hey! Some more graffic novels for you keen readers. Warning -- these books are quite scary so not for everybody. Hope you like the reviews...

Bone

Bone series -- Get the series

The first book (the one I read) is about Fone Bone and his cousins Phoney Bone and Smiley Bone who get cast out of the village and find themselves lost in the desert. But a swam of bugs separate them and Fone bone finds himself in a valley. However, winter hits and he gets stuck in the valley until spring. He meets Thorn, a human girl, and stays in her home. He finds Phoney Bone who just annoys everybody. (At least that's how I took it.) Will they find their way home? This book has some scary monsters and if you are younger or sensitive (like me) I do not recommend this book for you. It is quite funny, and even though it's not really a Lula-love for me, if you like scary or creepy stories you might enjoy this book (in this cover picture you can see a creepy bit).

Amulet: #1 Stonekeeper

Amulet -- Get the series

Emily, Navin and their mum move house and then their mum gets taken by a spider-octopus monster thing. Em and her brother go to rescue their mum and end up in a different world. They meet a robot rabbit, an elf prince, a fox-man and more.
I found this book series really exciting and read three books of the series. I think it is more scary than the Bone series with big monsters and creepy stuff, but it definitely gets a Lula-like.
